What does it cost to request quotes?
Nothing. Requesting and comparing is free, with no obligation. You only pay the price of the company you choose, directly to that company.
Do I need an account?
No. You receive an email with a personal link to your quotes. Do not share that link with anyone.
Who sees my name and phone number?
Only the company you choose. Other companies only see the ride: pick-up, destination, date and what needs to be carried.
How do I know a company is reliable?
Every company is checked before it can make offers: VAT number, insurance and, for passenger transport, the required licences. An expired document means no more offers.
Can I cancel my request?
Yes, through the link in your email, as long as the time of the ride has not passed. If you already chose a company, it is notified straight away.
