What we do
This website lets you request quotes for transporting people or goods. We send your request to transport companies we have checked in advance. We do not carry out rides ourselves and do not set prices.
Quotes and choice
A quote is a proposal from the transport company. Only when you choose a quote does that company receive your contact details to confirm the ride. The agreement for the ride is made directly between you and the company.
Payment
You pay the transport company directly, using a payment method it accepts. We do not receive or handle any payments.
Cancelling
You can cancel a request as long as the time of the ride has not passed. After you have chosen, we notify the chosen company. Any cancellation costs are agreed with the company itself.
Transport companies
Companies register for free and only become visible after their company details and documents have been checked. We may refuse or block a company, for example after complaints or when documents have expired.
Liability
The transport company is responsible for carrying out the ride or delivery. We do our best to only admit reliable companies, but we are not a party to the agreement between you and the company.
